[PlanetCCRMA] Realtime audio conferencing?

Hi all!

I'm looking for something that will let me do realtime (no delay) audio 
conferencing and is (preferably) cross-platform (linux/windows). What I'm 
trying to do is be able to play music with a friend in realtime over the 
internet. I don't care about video, just good, fast audio. Is this possible? 
I would even be happy with a linux only program, I can get my friend to use 
it if that's all that is available. Anybody ever ran across such a program?
