[PlanetCCRMA] ANN: VST on FC3 on Planet CCRMA HOWTO V 1.1

Hello Timo. Thanks for the well structured toot on VST's. I've been working
my way through it and have possibly found a couple things to add to it. My
install of FC3 didn't have the automake packages so that ./autogen didn't
work for fst-1.6, I simply installed them with synaptic and that step went
fine. I'm not trying to ./configure the jack_fst-1.2 stuff and I'm getting
an error:
configure: error: C++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check
attached is a copy of the config.log file. It's long enough that I haven't
narrowed down the problem yet, and I'm a Linux noob so perhaps I've simply
forgotten something along the way, in any case these two things could be
added to a "Troubleshooting" section of the howto
