Firstly, thanks to everyone involved in PlanetCCRMA, it's become a very slick
and easy to use audio distribution.

We're coming to the end of producing some recorded music, using an FC3 based
PlanetCCRMA distribution.

There seem to be a few tools capable of presenting a basic power spectrum
including jaaa which can also carrying out averaging over a piece,
the mastering interface jamin which has a quantised power spectrum and
ceres3 and freqtweek.

Jack Bitscope is capable of picking up statistics.

Are there any tools for analysing phase and stereo imaging or for power
spectrums more aimed towards perceptual analysis ?

There are a few tools available that haven't been packaged for CCRMA
(perhaps due to their immaturity).
o japa same author and structure as jaaa; more centered towards
              perceptual analysis.

o Qoscc qt based oscilloscope, capable of reading from Jack, alsa and
oss interfaces, still very much beta, but capable of x-t, x-y
and fft on linear and dB scale. Useful tool, despite state.

 o Xanalyser Analysis/oscilloscope tool, (alsa & oss)
              http://arvin.schnell-web.net/xanalyser/

o DSSI-scope DSSI based oscilloscope plugin, (don't think this does x-y).

I may be able to help packaging some of these for PlanetCCRMA if that is
required.
