[PlanetCCRMA] installing apt on FC2

Yes, I realized this about an hour ago, apt went in this time. However, I'm
getting the same message while trying to install synaptic. I moved on to
installing the kernel, but I get an error:

file /etc/makedev.d/alsa from install of
alsa-driver-1.0.4-1.cvs.rhfc1.ccrmaconflicts with file from package
MAKEDEV-3.3.13-1
