The program is /usr/bin/timidity, just type that in a terminal. 
"/usr/bin/timidity -h" for some help...

Timidity++ comes with the Fedora Core distro (ie: I'm not adding it
myself). I have an updated package that I have not released yet which is
more recent and has jack support.
