[PlanetCCRMA] mscore works in FC2 / PC

Hi all!

I would like to draw the list attention to a very promising music 
typesetting program.

It is called mscore (MuseScore) and to me it seems in due time a possible 
alternative to Sibelius for Windows.

The software is still in a preliminary stage but has already enough 
functionality to assess its potential. Expect some core dumps, though.

Since there seem to be no binary packages yet, you have to compile it from 
the sources. I managed to successfully compile and run the mscore-0.1pre2 
version after installing the following packages, alongside with their 
dependencies and following the indications of the 'readme' file:

gcc
gcc-c++
autoconf
automake
qt-devel
libfluidsynth-devel
jack-audio-connection-kit-devel
ladcca-devel
e2fsprogs-devel
readline-devel

I am running it on FC2/Planet CCRMA
