That's correct, here:
# md5sum FC3-i386-disc1-apt.iso
e14f111916d29101a6188748173fee5e  FC3-i386-disc1-apt.iso

Awh rats, that is the checksum that is inserted in to the cdrom (the one
that the cdrom itself should use to self check itself), it is not the
md5sum of the image. Those are listed in the web page right below the
links to the isos.
