[PlanetCCRMA] New Install For FC3

I'd actually recommend starting from the beginning at

http://ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/software/

and reading the whole thing. I skipped some steps, which caused me to
have to redo some things. I still haven't gotten the bugs ironed out,
but I also think it's because I am not reading things thoroughly.
Don't get discouraged; Linux is awesome!
