[PlanetCCRMA] ann: new Planet CCRMA mailing list coming up

So... as requested on the list, later today there will be a new Planet
CCRMA mailing list (most probably planetccrmanews@ccrma) for
announcements only - new or updated packages and so on and so forth. 

We'll tranfer the current planetccrma@ccrma subscribers to the new list
automatically, and you'll all get subscription messages from the list
manager software. You can then choose to stay in both lists (hopefully
:-), or drop from the general planetccrma discussion list if you think
the traffic is too high.
