I don't know :-)

The problem probably would be that configuration questions (which I
think may be the most common) would be probably inappropriate as both
systems are different - not in functionality but in small details like
where a given file is stored and things like that. 

I don't know what is involved in getting an "account" in freenode. Is it
easy?
