[PlanetCCRMA] Linux samplers and Akai sample format

There is limited support advertised in LinuxSampler. LS works really
well now on most gig files. Only mono-compressed gigs are not working
correctly as far as I can tell. I've not tried the Akai stuff.

Give it a try. LS is quickly approaching release status and we're
looking for people to do a last run through before the developers say
'go'.
