[PlanetCCRMA] Another HDSP/Digiface problem...

Hey there, folks.

In the wake of that incredible response to last week's HDSP firmware
debacle, I fear to be the party-pooper in that my Digiface's analog out
produces no sound.

The firmware loads now quite handily (Whoopie! and thanks!), but I
thought I'd fried the headphone amp or something because although I'd
gotten dancing lights on hdspmixer, no signal from the headphone amp.

So, I tried it on a second machine (like the first with
kernel#2.6.10-2.1.ll.rhfc2.ccrma and the 1.0.8 alsa drivers) with the
same result.

I rebooted to kernel#2.6.7-1.437.1.ll.rhfc2.ccrma and alsa 1.0.5 and
I've got signal again.

What gives? Am I doing something stupid?

I'll goof around with a couple other kernels in the meantime, but if
someone can help me out it'd be rather grand.

Finally, on a slightly unrelated note, where are all the CCRMA kernel
sources hiding? I've need to compile a wireless driver...

Thanks again,

Michael
