[PlanetCCRMA] xmms 1.2.7 is needed by xmms-mp3-1.2.7-21.p

Hi there,

I am coming across a strange problem where xmms-mp3 cannot be installe because
xmms-1.2.7 needs to be install.  but it is installed.  What on earth am I
doing wrong here.
