[PlanetCCRMA] insmod error at startup

I receive the following error during bootup.

insmod: /lib/modules/2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma/kernel/drivers/acpi/* no such file or directory

The error is quite correct, the is no /lib/modules/2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma/kernel/drivers/acpi directory.  I've found it is initiated from /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit because /proc/acpi exists.  Should I have ACPI modules in /lib/modules/2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma/kernel/drivers/acpi?
