For planetccrma.atrpms.net the rsync frequency is 24h at 19:00 CET
(+0100) (I assume the other mirrors have similar slots). Since this
is ~9:00am in nando's timezone, it picks up nando's work from the day
before only, so in the wrost case you have a delay of one day.

Indeed, I thought my rsync cron jobs were broken, but I just manually
launched them for testing and I got the above quoted file, so it
probably was updated within the last 15h.
Nando, should I perhaps rsync twice (or more) a day to stay closer in
sync?
