[PlanetCCRMA] Tascam US-122 not working

Ah.  The problem seems to be solved now.  I just had to run apt-get
dist-upgrade.  Duh.  I *think* I remember it said that my fxload was
replaced with "hotplug", and now the unit lights up and appears in
/proc/asound/ .  I guess I was being a little bit too methodical, and
wanted to get my US-122 working before going to the next page in the
"Installing planet CCRMA guide"...

Thanks for...well...listening.

And thanks definitely to all those who've made ALSA and Planet CCRMA
happen!  The installation is going well so far, regardless of that
little snafu, and I can't wait to use it.
