[PlanetCCRMA] CCRMA Core install on RHEL 3 Help!

Hi all,
	I was looking for some good linux audio apps the other day and I
came upon this website. Since I already use Red Hat it was an easy fit.
I installed and configured apt. I installed the CCRMA kernel and
rebooted. When I rebooted, I chose the new kernel. When I started an X
session, I received the following error:

GThread-ERROR **: file gthread-posixc :line 135 (): error 'No such
process' during 'pthread_getschedparam(pthread_self(), &policy, &sched)

Now, I should say I am using the RPMs built for RH9 since RHEL 3 was
built upon RH9. I have down some googling but come up with nothing
helpful. I have run redhat-config-X86 and I receive the same error. 

Does anyone know how I can fix this error? Has anyone used the CCRMA
RPMs on RHEL 3? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
