[PlanetCCRMA] updated: specimen, cinepaint and others

Hi all, a few updates:
* specimen updated to version 0.3.1-1. 
* cinepaint updated to 0.18.3-1 (and added to FC2)
* openexr added (version 1.2.1-1, for openexr support on cinepaint)

Some additional packages have to been upgraded to match the latest FC2
versions and/or resolve version mismatches. More details, as usual, in
the ChangeLog in Planet CCRMA's site.
