[PlanetCCRMA] Midi

Hey,

I am struggling to get the midi ins and outs to work.  Midi objects are
being created in /dev/ but "cat /dev/midi00" returns "cat: /dev/midi00: No
such device".  Furthermore, no applications can locate any midi devices.  I
am using a layla24 card and driver and the audio portion of the card is
working without a problem.  Any hints as how to go about fixing this would
be helpful.
