[PlanetCCRMA] updated: qjackctl, tap plugins, gmorgan, libfishsound; added: tap reverb editor

Hi all!, from Banff (very nice view out of the window) some updates,
some old, some very new...

* qjackctl updated to 0.2.9. Keeps getting better[*]. 
* tap-plugins updated to version 0.6.0. The documentation is now a
  separate package (tap-plugins-doc)
* gmorgan upated to 0.23-1.
* libfishsound updated to 0.6.3-1.

Added the TAP Reverb Editor (version r0-1), a very nice Jack enabled
version of the TAP Plugins reverb... you can design and tweak your own
reverb!

[*] if you are running FC2 could you test the new qjackctl? It looks to
me like the new callback code is making some difference in the behavior
under xrun storms. Not much, so I may be fooling myself yet again :-)
