[PlanetCCRMA] added: xmms-ladspa, caps, omlinux; updated: tap-plugins, ladcca, fluidsynth, vkeybd

Hi all, some package announcements. New packages:

* added xmms-ladspa version 0.7-1. 
* added the caps LADSPA plugin collection version 0.1.8-1.
* added omlinux (Open Music for Linux) version 4.7.1.beta-1 (also added
  the required gtk-canvas and clg packages).

Some updates... Finally patched LADCCA and friends. No packages remain
that need the old ladcca compatibility libraries. 

* updated ladcca to version 0.4.0-2. Patched so that it does not need a
  service name and port entry in /etc/services.
* updated fluidsynth to version 1.0.3-3. Uses the new ladcca.
* updated vkeybd to version 0.1.5-1. Uses the new ladcca.

And...
* updated tap-plugins to version 0.4.0-1.
