[PlanetCCRMA] added: qmidiarp, qt33 (fc1/rh9)

Hi all, one addition to the repository:
* added qmidiarp version 0.0.2, a midi arpegiator (not available on
  RH7.3/RH8.0)

To be able to build qmidiarp on RH9/FC1 I added:
* qt33 version 3.3.3-0.1

This is a backport of the FC2 package that lives along the normal Qt
package. See the online changelog for some details on what to do if you
want to build applications using qt33 (some applications like qmidiarp
require newer versions of qt than what is available on RH9/FC1).
