Finaly I see the light:

unplugged card and reboot
I did tail -f /var/log/messages
plug it
he answer "blacklisted module"
I recharge snd-usb-audio with modprobe and my card is there!

I also add a .asoundrc file for Midiman usb quattro, and I,ve got a lot 
of new things in my modules.conf
I don't know what they mean but I will leave them.

the only things is that Jack works only in root mode.

but I'm happy
