[PlanetCCRMA] updated: new planetcore components (kernel/alsa)

The web site is now updated and the release is "official" (ie: the new
planetcore components are now in the planetcore repository). The update
includes the 2.4.22-6.ll and 2.4.20-20.1.caps kernels and matching
0.9.6-2.cvs alsa drivers. 

The Changelog contains more details and instructions on how to upgrade.
