[PlanetCCRMA] updates: jack, alsa patch bay, and an update storm.....

Hi all... as usual, get more details about the upgrades in the
ChangeLog. Two new updates for all RedHat/Fedora versions:

* updated Jack to version 0.90.1-1
* updated Alsa Patch Bay to version 1.0.0-1 (works with LADCCA 0.4.0)

And a bunch of upgrades for RedHat users (7.3/8.0/9), all of these are
already part of the Fedora Core 1 repository:

* updated Qjackctl to version 0.1.2-1
* updated LADCCA to version 0.4.0-1 (and added backwards compatibility
  0.3.1 packages)
* updated Ecasound to version 2.3.1-1
* updated Muse to version 0.6.2-1
* updated Rezound to 0.9.0beta (only on 8.0/9, could not get it to build
  on 7.3)

and then some library updates:

* Speex to 1.0.2-1
* Libmad to 0.15.0b-1
* Id3lib to 3.8.3-1
* rebuilt Flac (because of id3lib dependency)
* Fltk to 1.1.4
* wxGTK to 2.4.2-1
* Fox to 1.0.46-1
