Yes, Fernando did (and still does) a great job.

Hopefully Fedora will make it easier for more people to collaborate when
maintaining package repositories. This way Nando or Matthias Saou or
this kind of people could concentrate on more complex issues than
updating friggin-little-package-0.666-13.athlon.rpm every other day :-/

I wouldn't mind becoming the package maintainer of the stuff i'm using
daily: transcode, dvdauthor, mjpegtools, xine, etc., because i'm
tweaking that kind of stuff anyway.

We shall see how things evolve in the next few months...
