Sure.
You may want to see if it is supported under alsa (it should be if it is
a standard usb audio device). You will need to configure a second audio
card that uses the snd-usb-audio alsa module and will need to blacklist
(add to /etc/horplug/blacklist) both "audio" and "usb-midi".
