[PlanetCCRMA] planet-ccrma kernel 2.4.20-4.ll on redhat 9

Check the /etc/apt/apt.conf to make sure you have the one that is set up
for redhat 9 (see the planet ccrma web site). The kernel is a package
that can be installed several times, you should not be getting that
error from apt.
