[PlanetCCRMA] compile frenzy: added: noteedit, amSynth (+ libsigc++/gtkmm)

amSynth is working nicely. Good sounds. The presets are a start, but
there's definitely some better sounds in there if you go looking. A
little disappointing how much noise gets through when you move a control
in the analog signal path.
