[PlanetCCRMA] compile frenzy: added: noteedit, amSynth (+ libsigc++/gtkmm)

A lot of compiles, very little testing :-)

* added TSE3 (Trax Sequencer Engine) 0.2.5-1 (needed by Noteedit)

* added Noteedit 2.0.18-1, a small notation editor. 

* added amSynth 1.0rc2, another software synthesizer (the repository
  also includes working versions of libsigc++ and gtkmm).
