[PlanetCCRMA] Updating via CD-Rom

Yes, as Ryan pointed out it is possible (just a matter of using the
apt-cdrom command). 

The only problem is that I'm not really updating the cdrom images very
frequently so you will get an old version of a lot of packages (I will
update them this week for sure).
