For getting the kernel source I did:

apt-get install kernel-source#2.4.19-2.ll@i386 which gives me the
following rpm package when quering the rpm database:

kernel-source-2.4.19-1.ll

Once installed this rpm creates the /usr/src/linux-2.4.19-1.ll directory
which I then link to the /usr/src/linux directory.

For what I read their 0.1.15 is their latest stable release.
