[PlanetCCRMA] Kernel Timer value

Thanks! I'm setting up a development machine (where I can't use your stuff
right now) but I want to duplicate as closely as possible the way you build
the Planet kernel.

Just got 2.4.20 to build and install. Now, off to find info about your other
kernel patches.
