[PlanetCCRMA] updated: lisp world and stk (7.3/8.0/9)

Hi all, the CM/CLM/CMN cmucl and clisp based world has been updated to
the latest version on RedHat 7.3/8.0/9 (same as in Fedora Core 1). This
upgrade was also necessary as the previous version did not work with the
new API changes in the latest ALSA driver. For the same reason a rebuild
of STK in 7.3/8.0/9 was necessary.
