[PlanetCCRMA] french mirror not updated

hello,

i noticed in the sources.list file, the main site section lists
"redhat/9/..." for planetcore, where the mirror lists "redhat/8.x/..."
for the same. i assumed this was a mistake and updated it manually. i
seemed to have no problems loading the kernel source in question from
the mirror.
