[PlanetCCRMA] repository: debuginfo packages

Hi all, I have just moved all the debuginfo packages for RedHat 9 to a
new branch in the Planet CCRMA repository. I did this because all those
packages were really cluttering the "Not installed" display of synaptic
and adding no extra information. I doubt they have been used at all :-)
Anyway, I'll create a new repository for those packages and will post
the url when I'm done...
