[PlanetCCRMA] meterbridge shorthand?

Hi,
   Does anyone know of a shorthand way of telling meterbridge that I
want to hook up a bunch of sequential inputs? I'm currently typing the
whole list:

meterbridge -t dpm alsa_pcm:capture_1 alsa_pcm:capture_2 

etc.....
