[PlanetCCRMA] planet-ccrma kernel 2.4.20-4.ll on redhat 9

alright, sorry for the n00b questions, but hey, i'm and apt n00b :)
apt doesnt want to install the ccrma kernel since rpm thinks the redhat
9 kernel is more recent. now, i'm tempted to just find the apt rpm cache
directory and rpm -Uvh --force the sucker, but i'm not sure if apt would
get pissy with me... good idea? bad idea?

kernel-2.4.20-4.ll.acpi) is already installed
