[PlanetCCRMA] IRQ and other utilities

Hello,
  Here is a link to a few utilities you might find
useful,

It includes,

an IRQ tuner which supposedly lets you set priority on
your devices,

Lm_sensors for monitoring CPU info like temperature,

and hdparm which we are already familiar with from the
CCRMA instructions.

I haven't tried the irq tuner or cpu sensor but if
anyone gets them to work, let me know.
