[PlanetCCRMA] Ardour, jack and misc.

I found the online for Ardour manuals and tutorials
incredibly useful.  I have been able to successfully
record and import audio and work with it.

One interesting thing is that the Jack command Juan
suggests and the one Ardour does are different.

I'm not sure how, because I'm not familiar with Jack
yet but I get repeated lines with the Ardour command
on my SBLive! Value which I don't with the other.

Also, did you know there is a GUI for the alsamixer?
