[PlanetCCRMA] first "Nano HOWTO": usb midi and midisports

Kudos to Carr for his usb midi interface now working!

Thanks to Nando for his nano rpm. (wow sounds like geek poetry).


I got the midisport and the Quatro working at the same time even using a
hub. PD gets midi in and midi out and audio to the Quattro in both oss and
alsa modes. The only problem which I have not been able to test is when
you "hot-unplug" the midisport without using the snd-usb-midi in the
modules.conf file. I'll do some more testing and keep you posted.
