* added STK (Synthesis ToolKit) to the repository. STK is a nice set of 
  C++ classes for sound synthesis and processing. See:

* added Anjuta, a versatile IDE for C and C++ (it is being used by a class 
  here at ccrma). Looks very nice. See: http://anjuta.sourceforge.net
