I think you need to change your /etc/apt/sources.list file
There is information for doing this in the "configuring apt" subsection
of planetCCRMA. Look for acpi kernels.
Then you will do
apt-get update
and then:
apt-get install alsa-driver-2.4.19-11acpi alsa-driver alsa-utils
alsa-tools
The kernel rpm is part of the alsa-driver package.
Kindly let us know how it works.
