[PlanetCCRMA] updated: swh-plugins, ecasound; kernel woes

* updated swh-plugins to version 0.3.0

* updated ecasound to the latest, 2.2.0pre4

Otherwise just learning how to kill a machine really fast with a new
kernel. The combination of 2.4.20-rc1, a recent cvs alsa driver and jackd
with one client is lethal. So maybe it is not yet time to look at a new
kernel :-)
