[PhDs] Stanford Stipend increase for next year sucks...

Hi all,

This is Stanford-wide, not just the music department. The amounts are taken
from the minimum salary tables posted online. Some departments may pay more
than the minimum salary, but music pays the minimum.

Thanks for the suggestion Doga, the GSC is aware. I think I will also send
a quick e-mail to Jarek.
