[neuromusiclab] registration for ICMPC

Hi everyone,

to those going to ICMPC in-person please do register by May18 (which is 
May17 for our time). Include all options like banquet, tours. All good 
(= we all go, and you'll get reimbursed).

I'll try to see if I can book a large place for multiple of us to stay, 
and a few lab outings before and after.
