hardware DSP Elective?

Actually I just checked the SDK, and it is in C++, with a fair amount 
of example code. I had assumed it was in C, but C++ is a bonus! 
However, the IDE appears to be only for Windows machines at this 
time. Also, upon further thought, I do think it might be silly for 
everyone to dive into using this hardware without some sort of 
prototype working under linux, or at least a decent proposal about 
what will be implemented.
