[LAC-19] We have a go!

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all your feedback! I just migrated the updated version of the
website to the LAC domain: https://lac.linuxaudio.org/2019/ Things are
getting pretty serious ;). Frank Neuman will take care of setting up the
submission portal over the weekend or early next week.

As for our meeting, it looks like the time that works for the most people
is Friday morning at 9am so let's aim for this slot. Let's use Skype, my
address is romainm42.
