Hi, all!

There were some questions about CCRMA’s travel policy, so I’m resending this message.

Everything is still valid except that the new expense submission form (https://forms.gle/Ng4P7LisZzvagiKD9 <https://forms.gle/Ng4P7LisZzvagiKD9>) is now fully operational.

Best,
-Matt

The only exceptions are on-campus accommodations, conference hotels, foreign regional airlines, Airbnb, and the Palo Alto Enterprise branch. Please also note: reimbursement requests must be completed within 60 days of incurring the expense; if an expense is reimbursed beyond 60 days it will potentially become reportable to the IRS as income, which may be taxed. Matt and I are working on a new form <https://forms.gle/Ng4P7LisZzvagiKD9> that we hope will make it easier to submit expenses (travel or other types) to me in a complete, timely manner - the link is https://forms.gle/Ng4P7LisZzvagiKD9 <https://forms.gle/Ng4P7LisZzvagiKD9>, but it isn’t quite ready to test run yet.

For our purposes, conference presentation includes musical performances.
