Have a look at the policy below, and let me know if you have any questions.</div><div class=""><b class=""><br class=""></b></div><div class=""><b class="">Very important things to note:</b> for university-sponsored travel, whether purchased using the CCRMA travel card or with personal funds that will be reimbursed, all faculty, staff, postdoctoral scholars, and students must use <a href="https://fingate.stanford.edu/business-travel-expenses/stanford-travel-program" class="">Stanford Travel</a> when booking airfare, hotels, or car rentals. The only exceptions are on-campus accommodations, conference hotels, foreign regional airlines, Airbnb, and the Palo Alto Enterprise branch. Please also note: reimbursement requests must be completed within 60 days of incurring the expense; if an expense is reimbursed beyond 60 days it will potentially become reportable to the IRS as income, which may be taxed.
